Light the candle of Memory and pray, remembering victims of Starvation…
The lindens on the avenue have bowed down their thin brunches, the northern cold wind is shaking their tears – these trees are mourning over the last leaf, they are grieving, because of dark remembrance about Ukraine 79 years ago.... We remember all people who suffered and died from Starvation and political reprisals on the last Saturday in November. Many Ukrainians come to the main square in their towns to join the action of lightning memorial candles.The Memorial Days take place in educational institutions within this such tragic date of national history, some additional information is also published in periodicals.
